Common questions

How do I restore a purchase?

Open the app, go to Settings → Restore purchases. Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID, so it restores on any device signed into the same Apple ID — no account needed.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID, not by us. Manage or cancel anytime in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or from Settings → Manage subscription in the app. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the period ends.

How do I delete my data?

In the app, Settings → Delete all my data permanently removes your scans, streak, and answers from your device and any backup. This cannot be undone. You can use the whole app with no account.

Are my photos uploaded?

Your scan is sent securely to our AI to compute your Bloat Score and is stored privately to us; it isn't used to identify you, and you can delete it anytime. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Is Face Debloat medical advice?

No. Face Debloat is a cosmetic and wellness face coach. It does not diagnose and is not a medical service. If you have sudden, painful, or one-sided facial swelling, trouble breathing, or any health concern, please see a doctor.
